Hey! My name is Emily, I am a free spirit, a traveler, I am a dancer, I am a channeler, gridwork and healer.

At 31 I left the life I had built for myself in London. I had spent most of my life trying to be someone I was not and I was a stranger to myself. I left my 9 year career, my home, my friends and family, everything. I didn't know where the journey would take me but I knew I couldn't stay where I was. There had to be something other than this.

My path took me through Asia, Australia and across to Hawaii and continental US. Along the way I completed my YTT, Reiki level 1 and 2. I quickly realised I wasn't travelling like others and had no interest in "seeing" places, I was there to feel them. I was on a pilgrimage to find my truth. I became more of me and less of what I had learned to be. I stopped contorting to fit into a box and I started breathing lifeforce instead.

After years of battling burnout, I prioritised my nervous system and what I needed. I have connected with my body, my innate wisdom, the lands and understood my deep desire for community. I took back my gifts, I took back my joy. I dropped my story, I took back my power and set myself free.
